By Enrolling, You Agree to the Following

-All tuition and fees are non-refundable. Once paid, tuition, registration fees, and other fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

-Please consider your commitment before paying in full. If you think you may withdraw during the season for any reason, we recommend choosing a monthly payment plan rather than paying tuition in advance.

-Withdrawal requests must be submitted before the 1st of the month, prior to tuition processing. If you withdraw after tuition has been processed, your student may continue attending through the remainder of that month, and no additional tuition will be charged beginning the following month.

-Account credits from overpayments may be used within 6 months of the withdrawal date, or within 12 months if the withdrawal is due to a documented illness or injury.

-Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee if payment is more than 7 days past due. If two or more consecutive automatic payments are declined, the late fee may be applied immediately.

-Card on file. A valid payment method must be maintained on file at all times, including those using Step Up For Students PEP funds and families who have paid in full. ADMT reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any outstanding balance. If payment cannot be collected, ADMT reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances as permitted by law.

-Missed classes. Tuition is not prorated, and credits are not issued for missed classes. Make-up classes may be scheduled through the front desk if requested within 2 weeks of the missed class and are subject to availability.

-Private lessons. Private lesson cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice to receive a makeup lesson. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a makeup or credit.

Student & Parent Conduct
At ADMT, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for every student, family, and staff member. We ask that all students, parents, and guests treat instructors, employees, volunteers, and fellow families with kindness, courtesy, and respect.

Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, whether in person, by phone, through email, on social media, or through other forms of communication, will not be tolerated.

ADMT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or discontinue services, remove a student or family from classes, rehearsals, performances, events, or studio property, and terminate enrollment without refund if conduct is determined to be detrimental to the safety, well-being, or positive experience of our students, families, or staff.


Illness Policy

To help keep our studio community healthy, students should remain home if they have a fever, are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea, or have symptoms of a contagious illness. Students should be fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication before returning to class.

Student Privacy

Protecting our students' privacy is one of our core values. Our public website and social media focus on our programs, instructors, and studio community rather than identifiable images of students. We ask families to respect the privacy of others by not photographing or recording other students without permission from their parent or guardian.

Class Placement

Class placement is determined by ADMT based on age, experience, skill level, and instructional needs. Placement decisions are made in the best interest of each student's development and may be adjusted at any time.

Dress Code

Students should arrive dressed appropriately for class with the required attire, shoes, and hair secured as outlined in the studio dress code. Proper attire promotes safety and allows instructors to provide the best possible instruction.

Arrival & Pick-Up

Students should arrive a few minutes before class begins and be picked up promptly at the conclusion of class. For the safety of all students, ADMT is responsible for students only during their scheduled class time.

Weather & Emergency Closures

In the event of severe weather or other emergencies, closure announcements will be communicated through email, text message, the parent portal, and/or social media. Makeup classes will be offered when appropriate and at the studio's discretion.

Communication

Email, SMS, Phone and Social Media are our primary methods of communication. Families are responsible for keeping their contact information current and reading studio communications regarding schedules, events, and important announcements. To protect the privacy of our students, families, and staff, all studio-related communication should take place through ADMT's official phone number and email addresses. Families should not exchange personal phone numbers/emails/social media accounts with staff under any circumstances.

Respect for the Facility

Students and families are expected to help care for our studios, equipment, instruments, costumes, and other property. Families may be held financially responsible for damage resulting from intentional misuse or negligence.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, ADMT will make every reasonable effort to contact the parent or emergency contact. If necessary, ADMT may obtain emergency medical assistance for a student, and the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in dance, music, acting, and other performing arts activities involves inherent physical risks. By enrolling, parents and guardians acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for their student's participation.

Recitals & Performances

Recitals and performances are an important part of the educational experience at ADMT. Additional information regarding costumes, rehearsals, performance expectations, and event details will be provided throughout the season. Families are expected to review and follow all recital policies and deadlines.

Resolving Concerns

We believe concerns are best resolved through direct, respectful communication. If you have a question or concern, we encourage you to contact the studio so we can work together toward a solution. Our goal is to maintain a positive, supportive environment for every student and family.
